The Problem
The company's CEO could not physically attend their biggest annual Middle East summit, but pre-recorded video was deemed too impersonal for the 2,000+ VIP attendees.
The Solution
We deployed a life-sized 4K holographic projection system, streaming the CEO live from London to the main stage in Abu Dhabi in real-time.
Execution & Engineering
Using a specialized tensioned holographic mesh and high-lumen laser projectors, we created a hyper-realistic 3D illusion. The live feed was transmitted via a dedicated redundant fiber link with sub-200ms latency, allowing the CEO to interact with the live host on stage seamlessly.
Results
Achieved a 98% positive attendee sentiment score. The seamless interaction generated widespread regional press coverage, highlighting the brand's commitment to cutting-edge tech.
