What is the difference between 360 video and Immersive VR?
360 video is passive viewing, while immersive VR (6DoF) allows you to move and interact.
The key difference is interactivity and movement:
- 360 Video (3DoF): You can look around from a fixed point, but you cannot move or touch anything. It is like sitting in a spinning chair.
- Immersive VR (6DoF): You can walk around, lean in, pick up objects, and interact with the world. It tracks your position in space (Six Degrees of Freedom).
